Building the Future of Cancer Care and Why I'm Launching Vital Roots
From stage 4 survivor (TBD) to founder, my plan to create patient-first cancer centers in Jamaica, Thailand, and Germany using the Press-Pulse metabolic model.
Why I’m Doing This
I got cancer for a reason, or so I’d like to think. I’ve spent a lot of time considering my purpose now, and my legacy. This fight isn’t just about beating a disease it’s about proving that holistic, metabolic therapy works. After I crush this beast, I’m building cancer centers that operate with integrity, innovation, and impact. This is bigger than me, it’s a legacy, one I will hand my daughters, the corporate bad ass, and the soon to be nurse. Perfect.
What We’ll Do & How
We’re a for-profit with purpose. Ten percent of net earnings will subsidize care for Jamaican nationals, no red tape, no bullshit. We’re creating jobs. We’re training dietitians, cannabis pharmacists, oncology nurses, and research techs. We’re building up a new generation of healers from the soil up.
We’re not just giving back. We’re putting the system on notice. We will be a Certified B‑Corp by year three. Ethics aren’t optional. They’re the brand.
In Year 3, we’ll expand to Thailand a medical‑tourism corridor before launching a satellite in Germany to serve EU patients. That’s three continents, one mission: accessible, effective care for cancer fighters everywhere.
This isn’t just a wellness retreat with good intentions and pretty views. We’re putting real money behind real science. Participation in clinical trials isn’t free, we’re allocating significant resources to fund rigorous Phase I and II trials in collaboration with regional universities and international partners. Why? Because if we’re going to challenge the status quo, we have to prove the protocol works. We’re not asking anyone to take it on faith, we’re putting it to the test, with data, oversight, and results that can’t be ignored.
Where We’re Headed
Jamaica (Phase I): Starting with a flagship clinic offering 14‑day metabolic-oncology cycles, outpatient services, a cannabis wellness spa, and physician training programs.
Thailand (Phase II): Building on the Jamaica proof‑of‑concept, targeting international patients seeking metabolic cancer therapy.
Germany (Phase III): Establishing a clinic for European patients using our validated model and positioning us for global scalability.
Partnerships That Matter
We’re reaching out to Damian Marley’s Ocean Grown for our clinical-grade RSO. Why? Because their operation is pure, licensed, and local. Because the son of Bob already knows this plant heals. We want to lease GMP space inside their extraction facility. No fluff. Just the cleanest, most potent cannabis on Earth, grown and processed right here in the Caribbean.
And we’re eyeing a branded retail partnership with the Cookies Fam, yeah, Berner’s crew. Because people need to know this isn’t fringe. This is mainstream, this is medicine, this is the new wave. And if you didn’t know, Berner (aka Gilbert Anthony Milam Jr.) beat colon cancer in 2021, pretty amazing.
Why It Matters
This center will be a lifeline for the left-behind. It’s not a clinic. It’s a lighthouse for people drowning in the system. It’s a reminder that life can be saved without bankrupting your soul. We don’t just want to fight cancer. We want to rewrite the manual.
Know someone sitting on $17.5M and a conscience? Send 'em my way. We're not pitching some sketchy crypto coin or a social media app for dogs this is a real-deal cancer center saving real-deal lives. Phase-I CapEx is opening soon, and the return isn’t just financial. It’s legacy. Let’s build something that matters.
